El Ta’koy was born out of Chef Luis’ love and admiration for the diversity of culture, found in the street food of Hawaii.Chef Luis places his award-winning twist on some of his favourite dishes and influences, found from his time in the meting pot that is, Owhyhee.The service has the spirit of Aloha, its warm and inviting, polished yet light hearted.The drinks are heavily influenced by the Tiki & Rum world.
